Orders and Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping destination and shipping method selected during checkout. Orders placed before 12 PM PST will be shipped out on the same day

If your order arrived damage, or did not arrive
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of peptides and other laboratory products we cannot accept returns for merchandise except in the case of damaged or missing products. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to initiate the refund process.
If we shipped the wrong product, please contact [email protected] and we will fix the mistake as quickly as possible. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to initiate the refund/exchange process.
