Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific time or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship via DHL, USPS and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery of your research materials. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Genesis Peptides does not ship internationally.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds
